Manual Instructions for COTA^® Icon Installation

Alternative Process to Use Software Installation Does Not Work >>>

1. Create My Documents Icon Folder: Create a new folder called ‘COTA Icons’ within your COTA system in My Documents.
2. Download the Icons: Click on the ‘Clients’ link below and the ‘C’ icon will appear. Right-Click on the ‘C’ icon and click ‘Copy’ and then go to the ‘COTA Icons’ folder you just created and click paste – repeat in order to store all 4 COTA icons into your ‘COTA Icons’ folder. >Clients Icon > Output Icon > Teams Icon > Admin Icon
3. Create the Actual COTA Folders: Create the following folders within My Documents >>> 1. Clients, 2. Output, 3. Teams, and 4. Admin.
4. Drag COTA Folders to Lower Toolbar: Open My Documents and click and drag each COTA folder to your lower, left-hand toolbar. This will create shortcuts to these folders. This area is known as the Quick Launch toolbar. (If you have a problem right-click on the lower horizontal toolbar and select Unlock the Taskbar)
5. Match the Icon to the Folder: Right-click on the ’1. Client’ folder and select ‘Properties/Change Icon’. Navigate to — and select the appropriate COTA Icon in your ‘COTA Icons’ folder. Change all 4 icons and get ready to save time and get alot more done!
