It all begins with the subject line in my mind. If the subject is clear and descriptive you tend to write a more descriptive message in the body of the message. It also makes it easy for the recipient to find the information or email at a later time.

In our small department, we have enjoyed this book to help us be more efficient in our “work world.” It all makes sense, we just need to continue to practice and utilize the message in this book. It helps, even though we are still creatures of habit, we take what we need from this book, to help us be more professional. We have learned a lot and it has not only saved us precious time, but given us a better understanding of how to create and recall emails.
