I attended a webinar through my work in 2008 and it was awesome!! I have used the tips and strategies ever since…I only wish more people in our organization would have paid attention…
The only trouble I have is with the COTA folder icons. Each time I change computers I loose the file. And searching for it online seems to be an effort in futility.
Could I trouble you for directions to or a link for the file?
